Return Policy:

Decals and Die Cut Stickers:

Decals and Die Cut stickers are available for a refund ONLY if they are in new, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our offices. Once the items are return we will inspect the items and issue a refund.

Thin Red/Blue Line Vinyl Decals:

Thin Red/Blue line decals have a lifetime warranty. As long as we are in business we will replace your damaged decals for FREE, you just pay shipping. To claim this offer please email us at hello@craftsthatbond.com, using the subject line THIN RED/BLUE LINE DECAL REPLACEMENT, with a picture of your damaged decal. If your decal had custom lettering, badge number etc. please include that in the email. 

Custom Orders

Custom Orders require a 20% deposit. Custom orders may be cancelled with in 24 hours of order placement for a complete refund. After 24 hours you may cancel your order, but your deposit is non refundable. By placing your custom order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
